They highlighted five reasons why they arrived to that decision:
"The importance Joseph Sep Blatter has always given to development programs during all the positions he has held within FIFA.
"The ongoing support and growth enjoyed by
the 64 African football federations from FIFA in various fields ranging from education to infrastructure development since his election to the presidency of FIFA.
"The important role played by Joseph Sepp in the allocation of slots and the organizational of the FIFA World Cup in Africa.
"The improvement of the representation of Africans in the various bodies of FIFA in recent years."
"The dedication by Joseph Blatter, FIFA president, to ensure a representative of Africa in line with its representation on the FIFA competitions as well as in decision-making bodies in the world football governing body."
All African member states have been asked to vote for Blatter in May 2015.
